Hotel Hedegaarden
Hotel Hedegaarden was built by Thorvald Hedegaard in 1968.
January 1st 1984 Britt and Poul Jørgensen bought the hotel and today they own it with their daughters Rikke and Marianne.
Britt and Poul have over the years renovated and extended the hotel.Today it is nearly impossible to see that it was built 40 years ago.
The two daughters became part of the ownership in 2004, but Rikke started working at Hedegaarden in 1999 and Marianne in 2003.
Rikke Kvist has a degree in administration/economics. She is married to Ulrik, and they have two children.
Marianne Thomsen is a qualified chef. She is married to Tom Thomsen,who is the head chef at Hedegaarden. They both graduated from Hotel Munkebjerg. They too have two children.
Besides the daughters Poul’s sister Lisbeth Gabel also works at the hotel.
